Initial or One Time Session: $195.00
Individual Session: $175.00
Couples or Family Session: $175.00

•Workshops are negotiated per number of attendees and time.

Session are approximately one hour in length.

I am currently a networked provider for:

First Choice

Medicare

Kaiser Permanente

 

I am able to see many clients with Premera, Regence, and other BCBS plans as an out of network provider.

If you have an insurance carrier with whom I am not networked, but you have out of network benefits, I accept payment at the time of session and provide you with a SuperBill that you can use to claim out of network reimbursement directly from your insurance. I do NOT bill secondary insurance.

Payment is accepted at the time of session.
I accept Visa/MasterCard, Cash, and Checks, Venmo, Zelle.

24 Hour Advance Notice is Required for Cancellations or you will be required to pay for your missed session IN FULL.
